Corporate Email

All issues related to corporate email are handled through the Email Management Cabinet.

If your issue cannot be resolved via the Email Management Cabinet, you can receive a consultation by writing to regmail@karazin.ua.

Corporate Email Guidelines:

The address must be unique and up to 30 characters long.
Allowed characters: Latin letters, digits, dot, hyphen, underscore. It cannot begin or end with special characters.
Personal addresses (1 per employee) are generated based on the first and last name (examples: petrenko@karazin.ua, i.petrenko@karazin.ua, ivanpetrenko@karazin.ua, etc.).
Departmental addresses (1 per department) are created based on the name or abbreviation (example: biology@karazin.ua).
Service/technical addresses — for events, projects, etc. — must be approved by the corporate email system administrator (example: bio-conf2013@karazin.ua).
