Centre for Inclusive Education

The purpose of the Centre is to organise an inclusive educational process and environment, as well as to provide special rehabilitation support for higher education students with special educational needs, ensuring access to quality higher education with due consideration of limitations in their daily functioning.

Key Objectives of the Centre

The main objectives of the Centre include:

• Creating a comfortable inclusive educational environment at the University by enabling the realisation of educational and social rights and needs of all participants in the educational process, including students with special educational needs.

• Assessing and providing recommendations on improving the University’s material and technical infrastructure in order to adapt the educational process to the needs of students with special educational needs.

• Organising support services for students with special educational needs, including professional development of academic and teaching staff for work in an inclusive education environment.
