The module "Planning and Organizing the Work of a Non-Governmental Organization" is currently being implemented at Karazin Business School
The Educational and Scientific Institute "Karazin Business School" is implementing the module "Planning and Organizing the Work of a Non-Governmental Organization," which is dedicated to the issues an effective organizational system, formulating its mission, vision, and goals, and highlighting the important role of collaborative interaction in implementing social projects.
It emphasizes that a non-governmental organization should be considered as a complex system, requiring successful interaction among its components: people, strategies, policies and procedures, structures, systems, climate, and culture.
In particular, a series of short educational animated videos have been developed within the project "Development of Digital Training Modules for Members of Non-Governmental Organizations in Social and Healthcare Sectors," supported by the project "Strengthening Resources for Sustainable Development of Host Communities in Eastern Ukraine" implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH on behalf of the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany.
