A Cooperation Agreement Has Been Signed with the Central State Scientific and Technical Archive of Ukraine
V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University and the Central State Scientific and Technical Archive of Ukraine have signed a cooperation agreement.
The agreement was signed with the active participation of the University’s Academician P. T. Tronko Center for Ukrainian Studies and Regional History.
The Central State Scientific and Technical Archive of Ukraine is the only specialized state archival institution in Ukraine that centrally preserves historically significant scientific and technical documentation, including design, research, engineering, and technological documentation related to capital construction, industrial and agricultural production, documents concerning intellectual property rights, environmental protection documentation, and more.
The Archive also preserves personal fonds of outstanding figures in science and technology. Among them are representatives of Karazin University, including Doctors of Biological Sciences and Professors Oleksandra Matviienko and Yurii Prokudin.
Many graduates of the Faculty of History of Karazin University work at the Central State Scientific and Technical Archive of Ukraine.
It is expected that the implementation of the agreement will contribute to the high-quality training of future specialists, the realization of joint research projects and publications, as well as the popularization of the history of science and technology.
