The partnership is aimed at strengthening the practical component of students’ training and expanding opportunities for their professional development within the modern hospitality industry.

The agreement provides for the implementation of several joint initiatives, including the organization of internships and practical training, participation of YAPICO network specialists in guest lectures and training sessions, involvement of employers in discussions on the content of educational programmes, as well as the implementation of joint educational and professional projects.

Special attention is paid to expanding practical training opportunities for students majoring in J2 “Hotel and Restaurant Business” and G13 “Food Technologies.”

Cooperation with the YAPICO network will enable students to acquire and deepen their professional competencies in real working environments in such cities as Kharkiv, Kyiv, Odesa, and Poltava, study modern restaurant service and food production technologies, and gain experience that directly meets employers’ needs.

For Karazin University, partnership with leaders of the HoReCa industry is an important advantage that contributes to the training of competitive specialists capable of confidently integrating into the professional environment. For the YAPICO network, cooperation with the university facilitates the preparation of qualified personnel for the restaurant industry and supports the development of the local labour market.

The signing of the agreement opens up new prospects for students and strengthens cooperation between education and business, contributing to the training of highly qualified specialists who will meet the modern requirements of the hospitality industry.
