On January 29, 2024, students from the 3rd to 5th courses of the Educational and Scientific Institute "School of Physics" initiated laboratory sessions at the School of Nuclear Sciences and Physical Engineering of the Czech Technical University (FNSPE CTU) in Prague.

During these sessions, students acquire practical skills in the field of plasma physics and controlled nuclear fusion on the GOLEM tokamak and the PLASMALAB laboratory complex.

GOLEM is a small circular tokamak with a large radius of 0.4 m and a small radius of 0.085 m. It is primarily used to enhance the experimental competencies of students.

Additionally, the Czech Technical University has constructed the modern PlasmaLab@CTU laboratory, valued at over 23 million Czech crowns, where students from Karazin University are currently conducting practical exercises.

The stay of the students in Prague was fully financed by Karazin University as part of the EuroFusion project implementation.
