Summer School on Symmetries: Call for Applications
From August 17 to 28, 2026, a summer school will take place, offering participants an opportunity to delve deeply into the mathematical framework of symmetry theory.
The school will focus on advanced topics, including integrable systems theory, supersymmetry, generalized symmetries, and topological phases of matter.
The programme will follow a “flipped classroom” format: participants will prepare materials on selected topics in advance with the support of mentors and will deliver lectures to fellow participants during the school.
The school is open to senior undergraduate students, PhD candidates, and early-career researchers whose academic interests lie in mathematics and theoretical physics.
Application deadline: April 15, 2026.
