Karazin University has Commenced the Training of Teachers and Educators from Educational Institutions under Various Programs.

Starting from November 30, 2023, at Karazin University, training for teachers and educators of preschool, primary, secondary, vocational, and postgraduate professional education has begun. This training is part of professional development courses under various educational programs (educational directions).

The courses will be conducted according to the respective programs with a diversified number of hours and credits.

In the training at the Postgraduate Education Center, participants include educators, methodologist educators from preschool education institutions, teachers and instructors of chemistry, "Basics of Health" subject, "Environment and Exploring Nature" subjects, civic education, labor training, and technology. Also participating are regional elective courses on "Kharkiv Regional Studies," basics of medical knowledge, social educators, and practical psychologists from educational institutions in five districts of Kharkiv, three cities of regional significance, two town councils, and one rural council from specific rural areas of the Kharkiv region, including those from the de-occupied territories, as well as vocational education institutions in the Kharkiv region, general secondary, and postgraduate professional education institutions of the Severodonetsk city military-civilian administration in the Severodonetsk district of the Luhansk region, and the city hospital in Odesa, respectively.

The educational process, which will continue until December 15, 2023, at the Postgraduate Education Center, is facilitated by highly qualified practitioners from the biological and chemical schools, the Institute of Physical Education and Sports, the Center for Ukrainian Studies and Local History named after Academician P.T. Tronko of the University, as well as external partners from municipal institutions such as "Kharkiv Preschool Institution No. 427," "Kharkiv Lyceum No. 46," "Kharkiv Lyceum No. 51," "Kharkiv City Inclusive Resource Center No. 1" of the Kharkiv City Council.

During the inaugural session, the director of the Postgraduate Education Center, Mykhailo Tatarinov, provided instructions on complying with safety requirements for participants' lives, especially in conditions of martial law. He extensively explained the schedule features of the educational process for various categories of educators based on their chosen number of hours and credits. He presented the essence of educational and scientific activities at Karazin University for learners at different levels of education and answered participants' pertinent questions.
