Competitive Selection of Research and Development Projects

According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1084 of August 25, 2004 “On Approval of the Procedure of Formation and Execution of the Order for Fundamental Scientific Research, Applied Research and Scientific and Technical (Experimental) Developments at the Expense of State Budget”, Regulations on Competitive Selection of Research Projects by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, implemented by subordinate higher education institutions and research institutions of the Ministry at the expense of state budget general fund, approved by the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 423 of 01.06.2006, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine No. 1196/13070 of 10.11.2006, and in order to increase the scientific level of fundamental research, practical value of applied research, scientific and technical (experimental) developments, an annual competition of scientific projects on fundamental research, applied research, scientific and technical (experimental) developments was announced, with the participation of higher education institutions and research institutions managed by the Ministry, the implementation of which would begin in 2016 at the expense of state budget, under the code of program expenditure classification 2201040.
