Career Builder Intensive: Build the Career of Your Dreams

1 april 2026 year

We invite you to join the “Career Builder” intensive program organized by the Karazin University Alumni Association.

The project is implemented by the “Window on America” Center of the Central Scientific Library of Karazin University in cooperation with the Karazin University Alumni Association, with the support of the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine.

The intensive program combines online learning with offline practice, enabling participants not only to gain theoretical knowledge but also to apply it immediately in real-life situations.

During the online sessions, participants will learn how to effectively search for job opportunities, work with platforms such as Work.ua and LinkedIn, and conduct a SWOT analysis to identify their strengths, areas for development, and key competencies.

The offline component includes creating a professional CV according to Europass standards, mastering self-presentation skills using the STAR method, and preparing for job interviews. The final stage will be Career Speed Dating — a series of short interviews with an opportunity to receive personalized feedback.
