It is with deep sorrow that we announce this tragic loss. On 1 July 2026, while defending Ukraine from the Russian occupiers, our alumnus, talented physicist, and true patriot, Vadym Leonidovych Stomin (call sign “Pysmennyk” / “Writer”), was killed in action.
