The Results of the Exhibition-competition of Educational and Scientific Literature
Scientists at Karazin University are creating educational materials that serve not only as valuable sources of knowledge but also contribute to the development of society and the overall improvement of education. Such manuals are essential tools for preparing qualified specialists in various fields of science and education.
The XXIII Exhibition-Competition of Educational and Scientific Literature has taken place.
In the category "Educational Literature for Higher Education," a second-degree diploma was awarded for a set of educational manuals:
- "Neonatology: manual for students in 2 parts" (team of authors from the Institute of Pediatrics of the School of Medicine, including Professor Natalia Shevchenko, Associate Professors Tetiana Holovko, Olena Buznytska, Kostiantyn Voloshyn, Assistant Natalia Krutenko, Associate Professors Kateryna Strakh, Tetiana Zimnytska);
- "Fundamentals of pediatric pulmonology" (team of authors from the Institute of Pediatrics of the School of Medicine, including Professor Natalia Shevchenko, Associate Professor Tetiana Zimnytska, Associate Professor Natalia Panko, Lyudmyla Rakovska, Antonina Butenko, Associate Professor Olha Rzhevska, Yulia Khadzhynova, Assistant Denis Kaduk, Natalia Kirianchuk, Assistant Olha Oliinyk).
A third-degree diploma was awarded for a set of educational manuals:
- "Contact Methods for Measuring Environmental Parameters" (author - Professor of the Institute of Environmental Safety and Environmental Education of the Institute of Ecology Oleksii Kraynyukov);
- "Environmental Safety of Food Products" (team of authors from the Institute of Environmental Safety and Environmental Education of the Institute of Ecology, including Professor Oleksii Kraynyukov, Professor Alla Nekos, Associate Professor Yana Biletska);
- "Environmental Safety: Practical Guide" (author - Professor of the Institute of Environmental Safety and Environmental Education of the Institute of Ecology Oleksii Kraynyukov);
- "Fundamentals of Environmental Risk: Practical Guide" (author - Professor of the Institute of Environmental Safety and Environmental Education of the Institute of Ecology Oleksii Kraynyukov).
In the category "Scientific Literature (Monographs)," a first-degree diploma was awarded for the monograph:
- "Surface Flute Waves in Plasmas Excitation and Applications" (author - Professor of the Institute of Applied Physics and Plasma Physics of the Institute of Physics and Technology Igor Hirka).
Second-degree diplomas were awarded for the monographs:
- "Information: Nature, Human, Society (Socio-geographical Aspects)" (team of authors from the Institute of Socio-Economic Geography and Regional Studies named after Kostiantyn Niemtsev of the School of Geology, Geography, Recreation, and Tourism: Professor Liudmyla Niemtseva, Professor Kostiantyn Mezentsev);
- "Marin Drinov. Letters, Telegrams, Detailed Notes 1859–1905" (team of authors from the Institute of Historiography, Source Studies, and Archeology of the School of History: Professor Serhii Posokhov, Associate Professor Viktoriia Ivashchenko).
A third-degree diploma was awarded for the monographs:
- "Green and Blue Infrastructure in Post-USSR Cities: Exploring Legacies and Connecting to V4 Experience" (team of authors from the Institute of Environmental Monitoring and Conservation of the Institute of Ecology: Professor Nadiia Maksymenko, Senior Researcher Anton Shkaruba);
- "Ideology of Racism: Scientific Monograph" (author - Professor of the Institute of Social Communications of the School of Sociology Ihor Rushchenko).
