We sincerely congratulate the distinguished graduate, professor, and Head of the Department of Applied Physics and Plasma Physics of the Education and Research Institute “School of Physics and Technology” at Karazin University, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine Ihor Yevheniiovych Harkusha, on being appointed to the high and responsible position of Director General of the National Science Center “Kharkiv Institute of Physics and Technology”!

The appointment of Ihor Yevheniiovych is a testament to the high regard for his many years of scientific work, his authority in the international community, and his undeniable leadership qualities. For his alma mater, the Education and Research Institute “School of Physics and Technology,” it is a great honor to see one of our graduates and faculty members at the helm of one of the country’s leading research centers. He continues to head the relevant department and pass on his experience and knowledge to new generations of Karazin students.

We wish Ihor Yevheniiovych boundless energy, good health, resilience, and new significant achievements in the development of Ukrainian science. We are confident that his outstanding professionalism and deep vision of the future will help successfully implement the most ambitious scientific and educational projects.
