Vice-Rector Zarif Nazirov Visited the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Ukraine: Discussed Areas of Cooperation in Higher Education

Vice-Rector of Karazin University, Zarif Nazirov, visited the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Ukraine, where he held a meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Ukraine, Toyly Atayev.

During the meeting, they discussed current areas of cooperation between Karazin University and educational institutions in Turkmenistan, as well as ways to develop higher education in both countries. Special attention was given to the participation in joint scientific projects that will deepen the connections between the scientific communities of Ukraine and Turkmenistan.

Zarif Nazirov provided Mr. Atayev with a detailed overview of Karazin University’s operations under the conditions of full-scale war, emphasizing the importance of international cooperation during these challenging times. They also discussed opportunities for providing both students and faculty from both countries with long-term and short-term international experiences, particularly through joint research projects and programs.

Both sides expressed their readiness to further deepen cooperation in the fields of education and science and planned specific steps to implement the agreements in the near future.
