Representatives of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University took part in the Dialogue Platform “University_Is_People”

On 4 June 2026, the Dialogue Platform “University_Is_People,” organized by the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance, took place at the Lviv Polytechnic National University.

V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University was represented at the event by Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Boris Samorodov and Deputy Director of the Education and Research Institute “Teachers' Academy” Tetiana Datsenko.

The programme of the platform focused on strategically important issues for the higher education system, including the development of a human-centered university strategy, policies for recruitment, evaluation and recognition of staff, modernization of criteria for assessing academic qualifications, external evaluation, as well as motivation, support, and training of teams in higher education institutions.

In addition, Karazin University representative Tetyana Datsenko took part in the panel discussion “Motivation, Support, Training — Does Higher Education Institution Truly Influence Team Quality?”, which addressed approaches to developing the professional potential of university staff and strengthening the quality of the academic environment.

The Dialogue Platform served as a venue for professional discussion of current challenges and thematic directions that directly influence the quality, sustainability, and development of the modern university environment.
