University Staff Participated in the International Staff Training Week at the University of Barcelona

Staff members of the International Relations Office, Oleksandr Kryvtsov and Mariia Lebedieva, took part in the International Staff Training Week held from April 20 to 24, 2026, at the University of Barcelona within the framework of the Erasmus+ programme.

The programme of the event focused on discussing current issues related to the internationalization of higher education and the development of international cooperation.

Throughout the week, participants worked on issues concerning the implementation of Erasmus+ academic mobility programmes, the development of joint educational and research projects, participated in international working groups and networking events, and also became acquainted with the activities of the faculties of the University of Barcelona.

Special attention was paid to the topic of ensuring university resilience in times of war.

Representatives of Karazin University presented their experience in organizing a continuous educational process and maintaining international cooperation under current challenges.

Participation in the International Staff Training Week contributed to strengthening the university’s international ties, exchanging experience, and expanding opportunities for new joint initiatives in education and science.
