Support the Petition to Award the Honor of Hero of Ukraine (posthumously) to Yuriy Krasovsky

On August 9, 2023, Petition No. 22/201788-ep was registered on the Official website of the President of Ukraine, requesting the posthumous award of the highest state honor "Hero of Ukraine" to Sergeant-Grenadier Yuriy Krasovsky, a member of the Special Forces unit "Kraken" of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

Yuriy, along with his team, volunteered to defend our country in 2014 and served in various military units in hotspots, including Hnutove, Shyrokyne, and Mariupol. In 2016, he was accepted into the "Azov" Special Forces unit.

In 2017, he enrolled in the distance learning program at the School of History of Karazin University while continuing his military service, specializing in the history of Ukraine.

He tragically lost his life on March 25, 2022, during the assault on enemy positions near Kharkiv. Despite suffering severe injuries, he continued to fire his grenade launcher until his last breath.
