Conference for Higher Education Teachers “Innovating Education”

On May 2, 2026, the annual conference for higher education teachers “Innovating Education” will take place.

The event is organized by the ecosystem of product IT companies Genesis with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the Ministry of Digital Transformation.

For the third time, the event will bring together educators, government representatives, and business stakeholders for effective dialogue, networking, and strengthened cooperation with the product IT sector.

Key focus areas of the conference:

• teaching in times of crisis: how to maintain educational quality and personal resilience when change becomes the norm rather than the exception;
• working with a new generation: who Generation Z and Alpha students are and which approaches are effective in interacting with them;
• future competencies: why critical thinking, creativity, and emotional intelligence are becoming more important than ever in the age of AI, and how to develop them.
