Reporting Meeting of the Trade Union Committee of the Primary Trade Union Organization

On March 12, a reporting meeting of the Trade Union Committee of the Primary Trade Union Organization of the university was held at Karazin University.

The presidium included the Chair of the Kharkiv Regional Organization of the Trade Union of Education and Science Workers of Ukraine, Lidia Dulub; the Rector of Karazin University, Tetyana Kahanovska; the Chair of the Primary Trade Union organization of the university, Anatolii Holtvianskyi; the Deputy Chair, Oleksandr Lebid; and the Chair of the audit commission, Nadiia Khruslova.

The attendees paid tribute to the memory of those who perished as a result of Russian aggression with a moment of silence.

During the meeting, members of the union and university staff who actively participated in the organization's work were awarded. Specifically, for high professionalism and significant personal contribution to solving social and economic issues for the union members, certificates from the regional organization of the Trade Union of Education and academic workers of Ukraine and professional union payments were awarded to:

• Chair of the Trade Union Organisation, Director of the Center for Controlling and Administrative Support of the Education and Scientific Institute "Institute of Public Administration," Olena Havrysh;
• Head of the University Personnel Management Service, Olena Hromyko;
• Director of the Central Scientific Library of the University, Iryna Zhuravliova;
• Leading Specialist of the University Personnel Service, Tetyana Kozlitina;
• Director of the University Center for Documentation, Iryna Popii;
• Director of the University Media Studio, Mykhailo Protsenko;
• Chair of the Professional Union Organisation, Head of the Laboratory of the School of Physics, Viacheslav Skliar;
• Chair of the Professional Union Organisation, Specialist of the 1st category of the School of Computer Science, Vitalina Fedorenko;
• Chair of the Audit Commission of the trade union committee, Head of the Planning and Financial Unit of the University, Nadiia Khruslova;
• Deputy Chief Accountant of the University, Olena Chueva.

The report on the work of the trade union committee of the primary trade union organization of Karazin University from April 11, 2023, to March 12, 2024, was presented by Anatolii Holtvianskyi.

Nadiia Khruslova delivered the report on the work of the audit commission of the primary trade union organization of Karazin University for the period from April 11, 2023, to March 12, 2024.

The results of the work of the primary trade union organization of Karazin University were discussed, during which the significance of its activities for the university community was emphasized. In particular, the university rector highlighted that the trade union organization of Karazin University is a powerful support and reliable backbone of the university family, especially noticeable in today's challenging realities.

Following the meeting, the work of the trade union committee and the audit commission of the primary trade union organization of Karazin University for the period from April 11, 2023, to March 12, 2024, was recognized as satisfactory.
