We Invite Representatives of Karazin University to Participate in the Survey within the Project "Career Development Roadmap for Women Leaders in Higher Education in Ukraine"
We invite representatives of the faculty and administration of Karazin University, as well as other institutions of higher education in Ukraine, to participate in the research aimed at:
- studying the current situation of internal support provision in higher education institutions;
- creating an organizational culture;
- promoting work-life balance;
- networking for career development of women leaders in higher education in Ukraine.
The survey is conducted within the project "Career Development Roadmap for Women Leaders in Higher Education in Ukraine," implemented under the Going Global Partnerships program by the British Council.
The project's team consists of leading experts from the University of Bedfordshire (Luton, United Kingdom), Kharkiv National Economic University named after Semen Kuznets, Ukrainian Engineering Pedagogics Academy, and NGO "Innovative Generation."
The project's goal is to identify barriers and challenges faced by women leaders in higher education institutions in Ukraine and the United Kingdom, as well as to contribute to building the potential of higher education institutions in Ukraine and expanding opportunities for female scientists and women leaders in higher education by developing a career roadmap "Women Leaders in Higher Education" considering gender aspects, cultural and socio-political context of Ukraine, and research areas.
Participation in the survey is entirely anonymous and will take no more than 5 minutes of your time.
