Yuliia Prus — is a participant in the training for facilitators under the Erasmus+ project "Art of Negotiation and Conflict Resolution (Mediation)/ArtNoConflict"
From September 4 to 6, 2024, Associate Professor of the Department of Management and Administration, Yuliia Prus, participated in a training for facilitators under the Erasmus+ project “Art of Negotiation and Conflict Resolution (Mediation)/ArtNoConflict,” which took place at Mykolas Romeris University (Vilnius, Lithuania).
During the training, representatives from Ukrainian (V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, KROK University, Ukrainian Association of Youth Councils) and Georgian (Shota Rustaveli Batumi State University, Youth For The World Non-Entrepreneurial Organization) institutions worked on developing presentations and interactive exercises for future facilitation online sessions for youth workers and representatives of educational institutions from EU countries, Georgia, and Ukraine.
These processes were mentored by representatives of the Netherlands Business Academy and Mykolas Romeris University.
The training program also included a visit to the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania, where participants met with some of its youngest members and discussed potential directions for the development of Ukrainian-Lithuanian cooperation.
We express our gratitude to the Lithuanian colleagues for organizing the training, to the Dutch experts for their valuable advice and sharing of best practices, and to the partner institutions from Ukraine and Georgia for their fruitful collaboration.
We continue to work toward the development of international, intercultural, and inclusive education by implementing virtual exchanges in the field of negotiation art and mediation in the EU countries, Georgia, and Ukraine.
