Certificate Award Ceremony at the Pearson English International Certificate Testing Center

The official Pearson English International Certificate (PEIC) Testing Center at the International Center for Language Training and Certification of the School of Foreign Languages at Karazin University continues to operate successfully, providing students and all interested individuals with the opportunity to certify their English proficiency according to international standards.
On November 30 and December 14, 2024, the university hosted the second PEIC testing session following the center’s status update.
Seven candidates successfully passed the exams at the following levels: A2 (Elementary) – 1 candidate, B2 (Upper Intermediate) – 5 candidates (4 of whom passed with distinction), and C1 (Advanced) – 1 candidate with distinction.
These levels correspond to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
On February 27, 2025, a formal certificate award ceremony was held, attended by the Dean of the School of Foreign Languages, Svitlana Virotchenko.
The awarded certificates open doors to international educational programs, professional development, and career advancement.
