The Online Event 'Uni Start' for First-Year Students Took Place
Uni Start: An Event Where First-Year Students Had the Opportunity to Discover the University and Its Opportunities from A to Z
On the first day, August 27, participants heard important information about the educational process: they learned about the course of study, scholarships, and the possibility of combining study with work. This was discussed with Mykyta Kucherov, a first-year master's student at the Institute of Public Administration, and Valeriia Rud, a fourth-year student at the School of Medicine.
Today, on the second day of the event, first-year students learned about the opportunities at Karazin University! The Vice-Rector of the university, Anatolii Babichev, spoke about science, sports, and extracurricular activities. The next speaker, Kateryna Havryliak, a representative of the Department of International Relations, focused on the topic of academic mobility. Yelyzaveta Krytskoun, head of the Event Department of the Student Council, shared information about events held for students both offline and online. At the end of the event, the participants also learned about the work of the student trade union organization, as presented by its head, Oleksandr Peliukh.
