Karazin University Hosts Presentation of BridgeUSA Exchange Program for Ukrainian Educators
Kharkiv University always offers exciting opportunities and is open to productive collaboration.
Coordinator of the BridgeUSA program in Ukraine, Marta Tomakhiv, and the Director of the American Councils for International Education in Ukraine, Yarema Bachynskyi, visited the university to present the exchange program for Ukrainian educators.
The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, the Office of Private Sector Exchange, and American Councils for International Education announced the opening of applications for the "BridgeUSA: Exchange Program for Ukrainian Educators.
The program aims to build relationships between Ukrainian and American educators and researchers for joint research, exchange of teaching experiences, development of educational courses, and the publication of scholarly works.
The long-term goal of the project is to assist Ukrainian universities in training professionals critical for the rebuilding and recovery of the country through strong and productive collaboration with U.S. higher education institutions.
Educators in the following academic fields can participate in the competition:
- Agricultural technologies
- Conflict resolution and peace studies
- Engineering
- Information technology
- Mental health
- Pedagogy
- Urban planning
