Karazin University Extends and Strengthens Restrictive Anti-Epidemic Measures due to the Spread of Coronavirus COVID-19
In connection with the extension of quarantine until April 30, 2021, which was established by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 9, 2020 «On Introduction of Quarantine and Restrictive Anti-Epidemic Measures to Prevent the Spread of Acute Respiratory Disease Caused by the Coronavirus SARS-CoV-2», decisions of the Regional Commission for Technogenic and Environmental Safety and Emergencies of Kharkiv Region of February 23 and March 17, 2021, Karazin University is transitioning to online instruction.
In particular, it is prohibited:
– to stay in the University without wearing personal protective equipment, including respirators or protective masks covering the nose and mouth, including self-made ones;
– to visit the University without identity documents;
– to hold mass events (cultural, including concerts, sports, social, etc.) with the participation of more than one person per 4 square meters of the area of the building or territory (if the event is held outdoors) or more than 50% occupancy of seats in a separate room.
– to receive visitors in museums (structural subdivisions of the University), at exhibitions, galleries with more than 50% occupancy of seats in halls; (visitors are placed checkerwise, including groups of two people) in each separate hall or room;
– activities of gyms, fitness centers, which do not provide the possibility to limit the number of visitors in the room (one person per 10 square meters of the total area).
