Rector Election at Karazin University Set for September 24

The election of the Rector of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University will take place on September 24, 2026.

Voting will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at three polling stations in Kharkiv. Members of the University community will be able to vote at the following addresses:

• 4 Svobody Square;
• 6 Svobody Square;
• 16 Universytetska Street.

The election at Karazin University will be held in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine “On Announcing the Competition for the Position of Rector of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University.” Two candidates are taking part in the election: Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor Ruslan and Doctor of Law, Professor Tetyana Kaganovska.
