Sofia Baletska, a fourth-year student of the School of Physics at Karazin University, is participating in the summer school "Physics in Ljubljana 2024" for physicists in Ljubljana, Slovenia, from June 30 to July 7, 2024.

The school’s program is designed to familiarize motivated students with advanced physics research through lectures and laboratory visits. The list of scientific directions includes contemporary issues in astrophysics, atomic, nuclear, and particle physics, biophysics, condensed matter physics, methods of mathematical physics, medical physics, meteorology and geophysics, atomic engineering, and soft matter physics.

The school is organized at the University of Ljubljana and other renowned research institutions in the city of Ljubljana.
