Results of the Exhibition and Competition of Educational and Scientific Literature: Congratulations to the Winners
The jubilee 25th Exhibition and Competition of Educational and Scientific Literature was held at Karazin University. For a quarter of a century, this traditional university event has brought together authors, academic staff, and the publishing community to promote high-quality educational and scholarly publications. The exhibition serves as an important platform for presenting the best achievements in the University's educational and research activities, fostering the dissemination of modern methodological approaches, the development of publishing culture, and the enhancement of educational and methodological support for the learning process.
In the category "Educational Literature for Higher Education", the following awards were presented:
First-Degree Diploma – for the set of textbooks:
- World Economy: textbook – prepared by the authors from the Department of International Economic Relations and Logistics of the Education and Research Institute "Karazin Institute of International Relations and Travel Business," edited by Olena Dovhal, Doctor of Economic Sciences and Professor of the Department of International Economic Relations and Logistics;
- International Economic Relations: textbook – prepared by the authors from the Department of International Economic Relations and Logistics of the Education and Research Institute "Karazin Institute of International Relations and Travel Business," edited by Olena Dovhal, Doctor of Economic Sciences and Professor of the Department of International Economic Relations and Logistics.
Second-Degree Diploma – for the textbook:
- Anatomy, Physiology, and Evolution of the Nervous System. Physiology of Behaviour. Parts I and II – authored by Ruslan Zabrodskyi, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Biochemistry of the School of Biology, and Tetiana Chuhai, Associate Professor of the same department.
Third-Degree Diploma – for the textbook:
- English Bachelor's Course in Ecology. In Two Parts. Part 1 – authored by Nadiia Maksymenko, Head of the Department of Environmental Monitoring and Protected Areas, Doctor of Geographical Sciences, Professor at the Educational and Research Institute of Ecology, Green Energy and Sustainable Development, and Nadiia Cherkashyna, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Foreign Languages for Professional Purposes, School of Foreign Languages.
In the category "Scientific Literature (Monographs)", the following awards were presented:
First-Degree Diploma – for the monograph:
- Vibrator and Slot Antenna Arrays for Modern Applications – authored by representatives of the Department of Physical and Biomedical Electronics and Complex Information Technologies of the School of Radiophysics, Biomedical Electronics and Computer Systems: Serhii Berdnyk, Head of the Department; Mykhailo Nesterenko, Leading Research Fellow, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences; Viktor Katrych, Professor; and Oleksandr Dumin, Senior Research Fellow and Associate Professor.
Second-Degree Diploma – for the collective monograph:
- Optics of the Moon – authored by Yurii Shkuratov, Head of the Department of Astronomy and Space Informatics of the School of Physics, and Vadym Kaidash, Acting Director of the Research Institute of Astronomy.
Third-Degree Diploma – for the monograph:
- Psychology of Peace: Lessons for Ukraine – authored by Valentyna Pavlenko, Professor of the Department of Applied Psychology, School of Psychology.
