QS World University Rankings 2027: Karazin University Among the World’s Leading Universities
On 18 June 2026, the results of the QS World University Rankings 2027, compiled by the British higher education analytics company Quacquarelli Symonds, were published. This year, 8,808 universities from 106 countries and territories were evaluated, with 1,504 higher education institutions included in the ranking. By comparison, last year, 8,467 universities were assessed, and 1,501 institutions were ranked.
According to the latest results, Karazin University was placed in the 851–900 band globally and retained its second position among Ukrainian higher education institutions, sharing it with Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. Karazin University's performance confirms its status as one of Ukraine's leading research and educational institutions. Its strong position in the global ranking reflects international recognition of the quality of its research, academic reputation, the standard of specialist training, and its contribution to the advancement of global science.
