Erasmus+ Project "Integration of Dual Higher Education in Moldova and Ukraine / COOPERA": Visit to the University of Lleida

From March 11th to 15th, 2024, a study visit took place as part of the implementation of the Erasmus+ project "Integration of Dual Higher Education in Moldova and Ukraine / COOPERA" at the University of Lleida, Spain.

During the visit, the participants familiarized themselves with the implementation peculiarities of dual education programs at the University of Lleida in collaboration with leading business structures of the region, including one of the largest corporations in Spain - the Agro-Food Corporation HISSONA (participants of the visit were organized a tour of the company).

Participants also communicated and exchanged experiences with representatives of the academic community, business structures involved in educational activities in a dual form, and education stakeholders.

The visit program also included communication with representatives of the company Ros & Roca, a visit to the scientific-technological cooperation platform between the university and companies Parc Agrobiotech Lleida, where the advantages and challenges of establishing cooperation between various stakeholders in the implementation of educational initiatives were discussed.

Additionally, a meeting was held with the management and academic staff of the University of Lleida. They discussed during existing research projects, tools for engaging the corporate sector in university projects, and experiences in implementing the Industrial PhD program.
