Online Exhibition 'Souvenir Products of Karazin University'

On September 2, the online exhibition "Souvenir Products of Karazin University " was launched, prepared by the team of the P. T. Tronko Center for Ukrainian Studies and Local Lore of Karazin University.

Karazin University is one of the flagships of education and science not only in Kharkiv but in Ukraine as a whole. Its buildings have become one of the symbols and "calling cards" of the city, along with Derzhprom, the Mirror Stream, and others. Its image or symbols adorn a variety of souvenir products.

This exhibition showcases only a few examples of such products from different years, featuring photos/images of the university or its symbols. The exhibition also presents souvenirs commissioned by the university (pens, notebooks, cups, etc.), as well as those of local and national scale (postcards, envelopes, and more).

Some of these souvenir items have already become rarities, while others can still be purchased today in the city's and university's souvenir kiosks.
