New Kit for New Victories: The "Palms of Peace" Charitable Foundation Supports Karazin University Athletes

Representatives of the "Palms of Peace" Charitable Foundation — Foundation Director Dmytro Horiachkovskyi and volunteer Yevheniia Hladkova — visited V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University. The visit marked the successful conclusion of the "Fashionable Youth" charitable initiative in Kharkiv, implemented as part of the Logistics Support project with support from the Dutch partner, Stichting United We Stand.

The university community received 20 sets of high-quality sports kits for Karazin University's football team. The partners also donated additional clothing items for members of the Karazin community.

All of the sportswear is genuine and exclusive. It has an environmentally friendly origin, with 90% of each item made from recycled materials. By scanning the QR code printed on the jerseys with a smartphone, users can learn about each item's unique design and the championship for which it was originally produced.

The primary goal of the initiative is to inspire and support students who, despite today's challenges, choose to study at Ukrainian higher education institutions, remain in their hometown of Kharkiv, and see their future in Ukraine.

As Foundation volunteer Yevheniia Hladkova noted, Karazin University has always been a flagship of education for her as a Kharkiv native. That is why it became one of the first institutions included in the charitable campaign, which ultimately covered more than five of the city's leading universities and colleges.

The meeting took place in an exceptionally warm and friendly atmosphere. University Rector Tetyana Kaganovska remarked: "For an athlete, even the uniform provides support during competitions. When they put it on, it becomes a kind of armour that creates the right mindset and inspires confidence to achieve victory."
