Training for Leaders of Student Self-Government

On the initiative of the Chairman of the University Student Council, Viktor Chumakov, Karazin University has held a training for leaders of student self-government.

Within the framework of the event, those present discussed the main directions of activity, the work of student councils of the Schools and education and research institutes, their rights and obligations, documents regulating the activities of the Student Council.

In addition, the theoretical material was consolidated by a discussion of the main provisions, a quiz, as well as an analysis of situational tasks with the active participation of all those present.

Additionally, the concept of "leadership" was considered in the context of student self-government and its main components were determined.

At the end of the training, the participants once again formulated the main idea of the Student Council — to protect the rights and interests of students.
