On December 1, a special event took place at the Philharmonic Hall in the Polish city of Lodz. The youth academic symphony orchestra "Slobozhansky" performed to a full house at a concert on the initiative of the Ministerial Council of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE - Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe), which is currently headed by Poland.
