Implementation of the module "Leadership and Motivation of Members of Non-Governmental Organizations" within the project "Development of Digital Training Modules for Members of Non-Governmental Organizations in the Social Sphere and Healthcare Sector"

The Institute of Business of V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University has developed a series of short animated videos as part of the project "Development of Digital Training Modules for Members of Non-Governmental Organizations in the Social Sphere and Healthcare Sector," with support from the project "Strengthening Resources for Sustainable Development of Host Communities in Eastern Ukraine," implemented by the German Corporation for International Cooperation (GIZ) GmbH on behalf of the government of the Federal Republic of Germany.

We present the module "Leadership and Motivation of Members of Non-Governmental Organizations": animated videos dedicated to the peculiarities of engaging volunteers in the implementation of initiatives by non-governmental organizations and coordinating their activities, as well as tools for the development and motivation of members of the organization.
