For Karazin University, this day serves as a reminder of the value of human life and the importance of peaceful coexistence among nations. Just as the brutal regimes of the past sought to impose their will and destroy freedom, today Ukraine stands against Russian aggression, defending its sovereignty and right to exist.
We honor the fallen and express our respect for those who fought for freedom then and continue to fight today. May the lessons of the past provide a strong foundation for a future free of violence and discrimination.
