On 15 August, the Hive safe space was buzzing with heated non-scientific debates, sharp physics humour, and an unparalleled level of true “pedantry”. Four speakers proved that serious science knows how to poke fun at itself!

The conference programme featured four incredible presentations:

  • Vasyl Martynov — “An Experimental and Theoretical Study of the Dependence of Compote and Uzvar Tastiness Index on Temperature and Stress Factors”;
  • Kateryna Chkuaseli — “Analysis of the Correlation Between the Phases of the Moon and the Frequency of ‘Accidental’ Objects Falling Indoors”;
  • Mariia Pcholkina — “Quantum Statistics of Student Populations”;
  • Rostyslav Litynskyi — “Flirt Interaction. Flirtons.”

The participants put on a true intellectual show, discussed the least probable hypotheses, and selected a winner, who received a well-deserved commemorative prize!

Thank you to everyone who joined us, prepared presentations, and helped create this unforgettable atmosphere!
