History School PhD Student Vladyslava Koshelnik Participates in International Memory Studies Association Conference

From 28 July to 1 August 2026, Vladyslava Koshelnik, a PhD student at the Department of Modern and Contemporary History of the School of History, took part in the 10th Annual Conference of the Memory Studies Association, dedicated to the theme “Memory and Democracy.”

This year’s conference was held at Torcuato di Tella University in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and brought together more than 900 scholars from 87 countries whose research explores memory as a political, social, and cultural phenomenon.

The paper “Representations of the First World War Experiences in German Literature (1920–1930)” was presented as part of the special MSA Forward 2026 workshop for early-career researchers.
