Conference for First-year Graduate Students
On October 17th, a conference for first-year graduate students took place.
The meeting with the graduate students occurred in an online format on the Zoom platform. More than 140 graduate students participated.
The head of the Postgraduate Studies, Natalia Petrenko, delivered a welcoming address to the future doctors of philosophy who have become part of the illustrious university's family, consistently ranking among the best higher education institutions in international rankings.
On obtaining the status of graduate students of Karazin University, the attendees were greeted by the Vice-Rector for Research and Teaching, Anton Pantelymonov. He provided guidance and advice that would be valuable to the seekers of higher education throughout their exciting learning journey.
The Vice-Rector Oleksandr Holovko also extended his greetings to the graduate students. He emphasized the importance of adhering to language regulations during the study, the requirements of academic integrity during dissertation writing, and underscored the need for tolerance in communication, as despite all the stress caused by the war, the members of the Karazin community should be sensitive to one another.
Finally, the participants were greeted by the head of the Council of Young Researchers, Katerina Kravchenko. She announced a future conference regarding the council's activities. The organization ready to assist graduate students with the scientific and educational process.
