Karazin University Representatives Performed Successfully at the Cup of Ukraine in Archery

From November 22 to 25, 2023, archery competitions for the Cup of Ukraine took place in Lviv. Both current students and graduates of Karazin University participated in these competitions.

In particular, Mykita Dyuniashov, a student of the Law School and the record holder of Ukraine among juniors, won a bronze medal in team competitions along with Olympic champion Viktor Ruban and Artem Melikhov.

Victoria Stepanenko, a student of the School of International Economic Relations and Tourism Business, secured the 9th place in team competitions and the 17th place in individual competitions.

Vadym Holovko, a graduate of the School of Biology, became a bronze medalist in the team tournament (compound bow). Mykita Kravchuk, a graduate of the Educational-Scientific Institute of Computer Physics and Energy, took the 5th place in individual competitions (classic bow) and the 8th place in team competitions.

Victor Halaziuk, a senior lecturer at the Institute of Physical Education and Sports, achieved the 9th place in individual competitions.

During the Cup of Ukraine, the Federation of Archery of Ukraine held a reporting-election conference. A graduate of the School of Chemistry of the university and an Olympic Games participant, Victoria Koval, was elected vice president responsible for international communication of the Federation.
