Karazin University Members Participate in Developing the Online Course 'Trauma-Informed Approach to Improving Care' in Collaboration with Ulm University

Specialists from the School of Sociology, School of Medicine, School of Psychology, and the Education and Research Institute "Karazin Business School," together with experts from Ulm University, are working on developing an online course titled "Trauma-Informed Approach to Improving Care" for students, social workers, psychologists, and anyone interested in this topic.

This work is part of the project "Introducing a Pilot Trauma-Oriented Approach to Mental Health, Psychological Support, and Mediation," supported by UNICEF.

The course will consist of four modules:

  1. Fundamentals of Trauma
  2. Screening and Identification Tools for Trauma
  3. Support and Interdisciplinary Collaboration in Improving Care
  4. Best Practices for Non-Therapeutic Professionals
