Today, a cooperation agreement was signed within the walls of Karazin University with the IT company EPAM Ukraine, recognizing the learning outcomes achieved through non-formal education.

According to the agreement, students of the School of Computer Science will have access to all courses implemented by EPAM. Furthermore, the volume of recognized learning outcomes achieved in non-formal education can account for up to 35% at the bachelor's and master's levels for the field of knowledge 12 "Information Technology".

Even before the full-scale stage of the war began, EPAM Ukraine had launched a project to combine academic university education with more applied education provided by the IT industry. This combination of theoretical knowledge with practical skills, this synergy between the university and IT representatives, is the right path, as noted by Denys Hryn, head of EPAM Campus UA.

Signing new agreements, creating and improving learning conditions in safe spaces for students is one of the key vectors of Karazin's activity. As Rector Tetyana Kaganovska noted, "We often remember what Kharkiv was like before the full-scale stage of the war... A student city with various activities and opportunities for self-realization... But I am confident that our city will be even better. We are doing everything possible to make this time come as soon as possible, and for university youth to live their active student life...".

Acting Dean of the School of Computer Science Dmytro Uzlov noted that thanks to EPAM Ukraine, the faculty received 25 sets of modern computer equipment for students studying in Kharkiv. The faculty will utilize all the opportunities provided by partners and the university to further improve the educational process. Life at Karazin University continues!

The university community is actively working to ensure the continuity of the educational process and vibrant extracurricular activities!
