Karazin University is in the International THE Impact Rankings 2024
The British ranking agency Times Higher Education has published the results of the annual THE Impact Rankings 2024. This year, 2,152 universities from 125 countries participated in the evaluation.
Despite the increase in the number of participating institutions, Karazin University maintained its position and ranked between 1001-1500 globally.
For specific goals, the university ranks as follows:
Goal 14. Conservation and Sustainable Use of Oceans, Seas, and Marine Resources for Sustainable Development: 401–600.
Goal 15. Protection and Restoration of Terrestrial Ecosystems: 401–600.
Goal 17. Partnerships for the Goals: 301–400.
THE Impact Rankings assess the activities of higher education institutions in achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals adopted for the period until 2030. The evaluation criteria include scientific research in sustainable development, socially oriented programs, the university's impact on society, resource management, partnerships, and more.
