Karazin University is among the participants of the European Association for International Education (EAIE) conference and exhibition
From September 26 to 29, 2023, the annual 33rd conference and exhibition of the European Association for International Education (EAIE) took place in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
This event is the largest of its kind in the field of education internationalization in Europe. Each year, the EAIE conference and exhibition are attended by over 6,400 professionals from more than 90 countries around the world.
For the second year in a row, Karazin Kharkiv National University has actively participated in EAIE events, effectively representing the university community on the international stage. The university's delegation included the Vice-Rector for Research and Teaching Zarif Nazirov and the Head of the International Relations Office Natalia Oliinyk.
#EAIE2023 was dedicated to the topic "Connecting currents," which served as a unifying thread for all planned activities within the program.
This year, Ukrainian higher education institutions, in collaboration with the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine, the Ukrainian State Center for International Education of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, and the Professional Network of Education and Science Managers in Ukraine (PNRM UKRAINE), were featured at #EAIE2023 at the Ukrainian booth (C02), which garnered significant interest among other participants.
The EAIE conference and exhibition serve as a unique platform for learning, knowledge exchange, and experience sharing in the field of higher education internationalization in Europe and beyond. It is a place for establishing productive interinstitutional connections, discussing plans for joint participation in educational and research programs, and an excellent format for sharing specific experiences related to implemented initiatives and innovations
