Karazin University Participated in the "International Evenings" Festival

On May 17-18, an exciting event took place at the "KROK" University as part of the Erasmus+ project "Integration and Adaptation of Foreign Students / INTERADIS" - the International Evenings Festival!

Foreign students from partner universities from Ukraine came to represent the cultures of their countries, including:

• Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University;
• National University of Water Management and Environmental Management;
• Odessa National Polytechnic University;
• Mariupol State University;
• Sumy National Agrarian University;
• V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University;
• Ivan Franko Lviv National University.

Also, the project partner Audra Burokine, Director of the International Office of Mykolas Romeris University (Lithuania), participated in the event.

At the beginning of the festival, speeches were made by: Rector of "KROK" University Andriy Kuchko, Director of the International Education Institute of "KROK" University Andriy Lotarev, Director of the Center for International Projects Halyna Bohachenko, Director of the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine Svitlana Shytykova, and Director of the Ukrainian State Center for International Education, which is a project partner, Olena Shapovalova.

As part of the international cultural festival, students from Moldova, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, India, China, Bangladesh, Turkmenistan, Portugal, Nigeria, Brazil, Tunisia, and other countries presented their cultures, danced, sang, recited poems, and transported all present for a few minutes to their charming countries."

Students from the Karazin Business School performed at the event. Bilal Kazi from India sang a patriotic song "Ae Watan" about his nation, and Fang Yuhui from China performed a traditional Dai dance (online). Also Artem Demchenko and Associate Professor of the Department of Management and Administration at the Karazin Business School, project team member Olena Parkhomenko were present at the event.

During the second day of the event, workshops and a city, university tour were organized for the participants. We would like to thank all the participants, project teams, and event organizers, as well as KROK University, for the unforgettable experience and knowledge gained!
