Public Discussion of the Draft Regulations on the Appointment and Payment of Scholarships at Karazin University

Dear Karazin community,

We fully understand how important the issue of scholarship provision is. For the University, it is essential to ensure that this process is as transparent, objective, and aligned with the interests of all students as possible. That is why, before the document is considered at the upcoming meeting of the Academic Council of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, we are opening a public discussion on the draft Regulations on the Appointment and Payment of Scholarships at Karazin University.

We aim to hear your opinion, as you are the key stakeholders in these changes.

The public discussion will last for 10 days — from 08.06.2026 to 17.06.2026 (inclusive). All members of the Karazin community are invited to participate without exception. The full text of the draft document and its appendices is available via the link provided; please carefully review all files.

To ensure your comments, amendments, or constructive proposals are properly considered and processed, please submit them exclusively through the Google Form at the link. All collected feedback will be thoroughly analyzed before the document’s consideration by the University Academic Council.
