Biography

Education:

In 2002, he graduated with honors from V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University with a degree in Mathematics and obtained the qualification of Mathematician, Teacher of Mathematics and Informatics.
In 2005, he graduated with honors from Kharkiv National University of Economics with a degree in Public Administration and obtained a Master’s qualification in Public Administration with a specialization in Administrative Management.
In 2018, he defended his PhD dissertation on the topic "Public Administration of Change in the System" and was awarded the academic degree of Candidate of Sciences in Public Administration, specializing in 25.00.02 – Mechanisms of Public Administration.

Professional Experience:

From 2002 to 2006, he held various positions in the Main Department of Education and Science of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration.
From 2006 to 2009, he worked in the Kharkiv Regional State Administration as an Assistant to the Deputy Head of the Regional State Administration for Humanitarian Affairs. During this period, he also continued teaching higher mathematics at institutions of higher education in Kharkiv.
From 2009 to 2010, he served as Head of the Department for Family and Youth Affairs of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration.
From 2010 to 2014, he was the General Director of JVAN Center Kharkiv LLC under the Renaissance Charitable Foundation.
From 2014 to 2016, he served as Director of the Department of Science and Education of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration.
From 2016 to 2019, he held the position of Deputy Head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration.
Since 2018, he has been an Associate Professor at the Department of Management and Administration at the Karazin Business School of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University.
Since December 2019, he has served as Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs at V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University.
