Meeting of the University Administration with the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of Uzbekistan, Mykola Doroshenko

On September 19, the administration of Karazin University, led by Rector Tetyana Kaganovska and Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work Zarif Nazirov, visited the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

During the visit, the participants discussed the challenges faced by Karazin University during the full-scale invasion, the activities of the academic community, the admission of applicants in 2023, and the support for students who have been forced to return to Uzbekistan.

The Ambassador noted that the Karazin community is very friendly and feels the support of the university even from a distance.

They also discussed cooperation between Karazin University and universities in Uzbekistan, including the National University of Uzbekistan named after M. Ulugbek.
