The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine continues its information support for the 2026 admission campaign and has prepared a selection of materials to help applicants and their families better navigate the key stages of the admission process.
The informational materials address the main aspects of the admission campaign. In particular, experts explain the specifics of the priority system for applicants seeking admission to bachelor's and master's degree programmes, the rules for calculating the competitive score, application limits, and the principles of allocation between state-funded and fee-paying study places.
The materials are available:
- The Applicant’s Guide and answers to the most frequently asked questions — on the official website of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine;
- Video explanations on current admission-related issues — on the official social media pages of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
The materials were prepared with the support of the joint project of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the World Bank, “Ukraine Improving Higher Education for Results Project” (UIHERP).
