We are deeply saddened to announce, on March 1, 2022, Professor Oleg Amosov a well-known scientist, head of the Department of Economic Theory and Public Finance of the Institute of Public Administration died at the hospital from injuries received during the shelling of a peaceful residential area in Kharkiv by the Russian occupiers.

Oleg Amosov is an Honored Worker of Science and Technology of Ukraine. At the university, he headed the Department of Economic Theory and Public Finance of the Institute.

In the past, he held the position of First Deputy Director of the Kharkiv Regional Institute of Public Administration of the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine.

The work of Oleg Amosov was valued for high professionalism, balance, purposefulness and friendliness.

We express our sincere condolences to the family and friends. Bright memory to all those killed in the offensive of the Russian invaders!
